BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Born and raised in Portland, OR, Laurie and her family moved to Stevenson in 2003. She has 2 children in the district, classes of 2020 and 2024. Laurie has served the district as a classroom volunteer and as a PTA Board Member from 2010-2014. As a community member and a mom, she recognizes the importance of, and is committed to, providing opportunities for our students to excel in and out of the classroom.
Andrew and his wife Jenny are proud parents of two SCSD students that are fourth generation Skamania County residents. He is dedicated to improving opportunity for students and the community through his work as a leader at the SCEF and the Stevenson Volunteer Firefighters Association. Andrew believes strong schools with a strong tradition help create a strong community.
Dan is an alumni of the Stevenson High School Class of '94. He has two young children who are just beginning their educational careers in the Stevenson-Carson School District. Dan works as an attorney in private practice in The Dalles. Dan is committed to seeing our community thrive and grow stronger through volunteerism.
Linda and her husband, Larry, are the parents of 2 daughters who attend Stevenson High School and Carson Elementary. They moved to Skamania County in 2011 and have enjoyed becoming part of this wonderful community. Linda has served as a board member with Stevenson-Carson PTA and AYSO, as well as participating as a member of the advisory committee for the WRMS transition to the SHS campus and the WRMS Parent Advisory Committee. She has worked as an ecologist for the U.S Geological Survey for over 20 years. Linda appreciates the opportunity her participation with SCEF gives her to help support the educators and parents who are shaping the next generation of citizens for Skamania County and beyond.
Andra and her husband, John, have two grown daughters and have owned and operated A&J Market since 1995. Andra has served on the boards of the Skamania County Chamber of Commerce, BOGLL, PTA, SHS Senior Parents, and the Washington Food Industries Education Foundation and has participated in the SHS Parent Advisory Committee. She believes strongly that we must have thriving public schools to ensure the viability of our wonderful community.
Donna is a SHS graduate in a long line of SHS graduates. She works as an office manager of a large family-owned business. Born and raised in Skamania County, her family has been residents of the area since the 1880s. Donna actively supports many local organizations, and when she isn’t volunteering somewhere, you can often find her at local sporting, musical and theatre events. The last of her three children to graduate SHS is scheduled to graduated in 2019.
